ST ANNS HILL AND THE DINGLE

Landscape park to St Ann's Hill House covering an area of 14 hectares, including an Iron Age Hillfort. Landscaping took place during the mid-late 1790s by Elizabeth Fox and Charles James Fox. Further landscaping took place during the mid 19th century when the public were also admitted into some areas. The park became a public park in 1928, Percy Cane was commissioned for landscaping work.
